  • My main research interests focus on Emulsion Technology, ​Microencapsulation, soft matters such as Hydrogel & ​Oleogels for food and wellness applications.


  • My aim is to integrate different fields of engineering such as ​biotechnology, food technology, chemical engineering ​that would produce impressive technologies to benefit ​mankind.
